Stage one is behavioural evidence collection — documenting the consistent, automatic, recurring patterns across every key domain of your performance without filter or justification. Stage two is belief reverse-engineering — working backwards from each pattern to identify the specific subconscious belief that would have to be running to produce it consistently. Stage three is origin inquiry — tracing each belief back to its source, not for blame, but for depersonalisation. When you can see that a belief came from a specific external source absorbed before you were old enough to question it, it becomes possible to hold it as programming rather than truth.
